New year resolutions

Hello roses πŸ’ŒπŸŽ€πŸ’Ÿ I’m back writing again,and for today I’m going to be talking about new year resolution ideas πŸ§ΈπŸ’—

New Year’s resolutions are goals or promises that people make to themselves for the new year. They can be anything like to start a business, be more active or responsible, but here are some new year resolution ideas for you :


– Getting in shape or losing weight: I’m going to start by saying that being overweight or plus size and you’re trying to loose weight right, please do it for yourself and not for anyone else, don’t allow people to mess with your head and bully you or say mean words to you, please love and accept your body for what it has done for you, everything you’ve been through together and please any decision to loose weight do it for you,and at your own pace, don’t feel bad if some days you can’t excercise or anything, but rather just take it gracefully.


– Eating healthier or cutting out certain foods: this is actually part of my goals for the new year, so I love eating junk food and taking soda alot, and I have read slot about it and realized as much as I love it,it’s not really healthy and has side effects so should be taking not so often. So if this is also your goal this year,we can do this.


– Saving money or getting out of debt; being a student in the university, I actually had my own account details right, and I you know took a moment to check my account balance and I realized I was not able to save money after being in school,it was really painful but I realized that I was spending the money on so much stuff that I never realized were time wasting. So now I want to start saving money more because it’s important.


– Learning a new skill or language: I actually started the year learning Spanish but stopped due to school stress and I couldn’t balance it, but a skill I really learned this year that made me proud was actually editing and photography, even though I’m still learning photography,but I just love taking aesthetic pictures of nature .


– Spending more time with family and friends: this year I met slot of friends who impacted my life in really amazing ways,and I’m so proud I met them because they are the best things that I could 2023 having πŸ’›.This is just a sign to you to cherish friends and alit of people I know lost family friends due to war outbreaks and so many more sad events, but if you still have yours with you, please spend more time with them,life’s too short.


– Taking up a new hobby or activity: it could be baking, cooking, or drawing, but whatever skill or activity remember that you can start a business with it and use it to make money and fund yourself to but more equipments to keep improving your work.


– Starting a new business or making a career change: A business is a really good idea because being your own entrepreneur is really amazing and has many advantages, but make it a business that you really love doing and something that makes you happy. I iintend to start one myself a hair accessory,and jewelry store, because I love them so much πŸ₯°


– Living a more positive life : last year I was in a very toxic and gloomy mood, and I made a or promise to myself to be happier honestly it was all thanks to the company and people I cut off from my life and people I opened my life too and yes I will say this year I lost and I gained friends and I’ve learned that it’s okay because that just life and sometimes you loose some and you win some.

How to get over a breakup

Breakups can be difficult and emotionally draining, Especially if the person meant the whole world to you. It will definitely be difficult to let go and move on, but you will have to do it so here are some tips to help you move on fast !!



1. Acknowledge your feelings

It is okay to feel sad, angry and most especially hurt. Acknowledge and allow yourself to feel these emotions.
A few things that help in this process are journaling, talking to a friend, or seeking professional help.

2. Give yourself time

It takes time to heal after a breakup. And please don’t rush the process or force yourself to move on,cause you will be really hurt and mentally ill. Take as much time as you need,there’s no set time to move on,move on at your own pace.



3. Take care of yourself

Self-care is crucial during this time. Make sure to eat well, exercise, and get enough rest. Do things that make you feel good like reading, eating, anything actually that helps you to feel better works.


4. Seek support

Surround yourself with people who love and support you. Reach out to friends and family, and consider talking to a therapist to help if needed.

5. Reflect and learn

Take some time to reflect on what you learned from the relationship and the breakup. Use this as an opportunity to grow and learn more about yourself. Don’t see it as a chance to talk negatively about yourself and think that you were the one at fault.

~ Reminder ~

Everyone has different timelines on how they heal from a break up. Some never get over it until a year while others take as long as 2 weeks. So please don’t compare yourself,or feel like your taking to long. Take your time and completely heal.

And please take care of yourself,that’s very important q⁠*゚⁠+ prioritize self care and make sure you journal,if your not used to it or have never done it,I recommend you try it and make sure you stay consistent with it
